May you cheer with wild abandon as your hiney spends evey waking hour sitting on a metal bleacher, watching your child roll the ball to the plate.
May you throw the to-do list in the garbage and play.
May you respond with boundless grace when your littles wake you before the sun comes up and pounce on your face until you roll out of bed.
May you let your house get dirty and may your laundry pile.
May you live FULL in the smallness of your life.
And may you see Jesus every where you turn.
*For those of you have extra time on your hands this weekend and desire to be challenged in your walk with the Lord, here are a few of my favorite reads this week:
Jennie Allen: On Jumping Scared~ Is the Lord asking you to do something radical? Out of the Box? Just Plain Crazy? Me too. So read this.
Ann Voskamp: Only because cancer is always breathing down my neck and depression lives in my shadows. And it is Ann.
Sarah Markley: Kneeling in the Dirt- Obedience is in the giving. Enough said. I kinda like her blog layout, too. I kinda used her’s as my inspiration. OK, I didn’t use her’s, but Small Bird did. And I love it.
Amber Haines: You Are As Valuable As The Orphan~ Because we all need to preach the Gospel to ourselves every single day.
And a link to hear Christine Caine:
Be Challenged. Be Bold. Be Changed. Take 30 minutes to watch. Maybe while your boy picks the grass in the outfield.
