As you can see, I am making some much needed changes to our blog! I began blogging in March of this year in order to keep our Fellowship Dallas family up-to-date with our church planting ministry, but this blog is becoming more about my own life transformation in light of this change in ministry. I have also discovered that my audience is expanding and this blog is no longer just for our family at Fellowship. So this blog is no longer just about ‘All of Us’, it has become my own personal journal. It has become my favorite place to land each day. It is my safe place to share my heart, as honestly as I can. It is the place that I find encouragement and hear truth and work out my faith.
I will still include ministry updates because it is a part of who I am and who I am becoming. This life change into bi-vocational ministry is the means by which the Lord is doing a work in my heart and so I can’t leave it out.
But ministry does not define me, and this is the part that I seem to spend most of my time fleshing out in words.
Thank you for all of your encouraging words and for loving me in spite of my sometimes not so pretty honesty.
I like honest. And I hope you do, too.
